The client must provide all required information accurately and completely when ordering the service.
Any delay in sending the necessary details may result in a delay in the delivery time.

Delivery Time
Your CV or LinkedIn profile optimization will be delivered within 48 hours after receiving all required information from the client.
If revisions are requested, they will be completed as quickly as possible depending on the nature of the changes.

Revisions and Edits
Clients are entitled to free revisions within 3 days of receiving the final file.
Any additional revisions requested after this period may require extra fees depending on the complexity of the changes.

Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is required upfront before starting work on the CV or LinkedIn profile.
Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.
However, we are committed to providing revisions according to the stated terms to ensure client satisfaction.

Confidentiality and Privacy
We are fully committed to the complete confidentiality of your data.
Your information will never be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
All details are used solely for the purpose of creating your CV or enhancing your LinkedIn profile and are handled with the highest level of privacy and security.

Limitation of Responsibility
We provide professional content that enhances your chances of getting job opportunities, but we do not guarantee employment or a specific job offer.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. We are not liable for any incorrect details submitted by the client.
