Also, requests that may jeopardize other user’s privacy, extremely impractically or for which access is not required by local law may be declined.

Deletion of user contributions from the Website may not be final because they might have been stored or copied by other users of the Website and they might also be viewed in archived or cached pages. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU) becomes officially operative on May 25, 2018. 13. GDPR Measures

As a Processor by the classification of GDPR, the Company cooperates with its partners, including Data Controllers and other Data Processors, to ensure that user data are handled in compliance with the requisite regulation and agreed on terms.

By the classification of GDPR, as a Controller, the Company has in place requisite organizational and technical measures to ensure that data processing is done in line with GDPR. If necessary, the measures will be reviewed and updated in line with the requirements and conditions of the gathered data.

Personal Information: To ensure user privacy, we will encrypt and pseudonymize personal information. We will handle collected information for standard cases of use outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Sub Processors: To the best of our ability, we will ensure that our sub-processors function in complete compliance with the requirements of GDPR before commencing cooperation with them. We also require the sub-processor to comply with this Privacy Policy and to maintain reasonable security to protect user information from unauthorized processing or access. The only exception includes situations where we cannot do so (for instance, when sharing information with courts or regulatory authorities).
